Due to the hygienic nature of vape products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items unless the product is faulty.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product without requiring the return of the original item.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
